You will collaborate across departments to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks, helping to strengthen the bank's operational resilience and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)</p> <p>Assist with the development and execution of RCSA programs across business areas.</p> <p>Control Framework Support</p> <p>Design, document, and implement internal controls in alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.</p> <p>Issue Management & Remediation</p> <p>Track, validate, and report on control deficiencies and audit findings.</p> <p>Stakeholder Collaboration</p> <p>Partner with stakeholders in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense to embed risk management practices.</p> <p>Training & Culture</p> <p>Conduct workshops and support risk awareness initiatives to promote a proactive risk culture.</p> <p>Reporting & Governance</p> <p>Contribute to risk reporting for senior leadership, regulators, and committees using actionable metrics (KRIs/KPIs).</p> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> <p>Identify opportunities for process enhancements and help lead strategic and transformational projects.</p> <p>What Makes This Role Unique</p> <p>Rotational Exposure: Experience cross-functional collaboration by rotating through business units during your first year.</p> <p>Strategic Projects: Gain visibility working on large-scale initiatives including GRC transformation, regulatory remediation, and process automation.</p> <p>Career Growth: Strengthen your risk acumen and leadership skills in a highly supportive and development-focused environment.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field required (Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.</p> </li><li> <p>3-5+ years of experience in a Operational 1st or 2nd Line Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, or a Control Testing related role in banking/financial services.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of RCSA, internal control frameworks, and operational risk methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and time-management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of compliance regulations within banking is preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $115,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
