<p>Senior Technical Program Manager - Datacenter Development Program</p> <p>We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact datacenter infrastructure programs within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This individual will oversee the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects critical to OCI's expansion-ranging from new site deployments and capacity scaling to infrastructure readiness and program governance.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, understands the components and lifecycle of datacenter builds, and can lead large-scale initiatives that span engineering, operations, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.</p> <p>Datacenter Infrastructure Strategy & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic infrastructure programs-covering new datacenter builds, expansions, retrofits, and energy integration. </li><li>Act as a thought partner to OCI leadership, providing data-driven insights and execution strategies to accelerate infrastructure readiness. </li><li>Translate high-level objectives into structured, executable plans across technical and business teams. </li><li>Identify risks and dependencies early, and proactively drive mitigation plans across workstreams. </li></ul> <p>As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
