<p>The Deli Source, a cheese conversion and packing company, located in Kenosha, WI is looking for a seasoned Maintenance Mechanic in the food manufacturing facility.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and repair problems with food industry mechanical and hydraulic equipment. </li><li>Trouble shoot and repair hydraulics, and basic electrical problems. </li><li>Perform various mechanical tasks including, but not limited to, preventative maintenance, machine set-up, component repairs, equipment overhauls and changeovers. </li><li>Provide a high level of troubleshooting ability to repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. </li><li>Ideal candidate would have CAD, and PLC experience. </li></ul> <p>Work Setting:</p> <p>Refrigerated Manufacturing Environment</p> <p>Work Location:</p> <p>Kenosha WI location</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>At least 3-4 years of previous trouble shooting experience and maintenance repair experience. </li><li>Experience in mechanical and material handling systems or a combination of training and or certification working with these systems. </li><li>Ability to provide service on an emergency basis, including overtime, weekends, and during plant shutdowns. </li><li>Ability to work independently and closely with production and quality groups to resolve issues. </li><li>Proven experience and proficient hands-on electrical knowledge and material handling equipment. </li><li>Must be able to weld and braze. </li><li>Experience with conveyor systems. </li><li>Adapt and accept changes based on production demands and schedules (may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling). </li><li>Good attendance is required. </li><li>Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently. </li><li>Ability to walk, bend, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, restriction. </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and vendors. </li></ul> <p>Pay $25 - $30 per hour.
