This role organizes and leads Change Advisory Boards (CABs), manages Workday upgrades and releases, and ensures all technical aspects of version management are delivered with minimal disruption to business operations. The analyst partners closely with HRIS, Finance, IT infrastructure, and application teams to ensure controlled and successful change implementation across the organization.</p> <p>Workday Change Management Analyst Position Requirements</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). </li></ul> <p>License and/or certifications:</p> <ul> <li>ITIL Foundation certification (or higher). </li><li>Workday Pro certification or equivalent experience with Workday HCM/Finance. </li><li>Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Cherwell, etc.). </li><li>Background in HRIS or ERP system support and governance. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of IT change management experience, preferably within an ITIL framework. </li><li>Direct experience with Workday administration, upgrades, or release management preferred </li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL change, release, and configuration management processes. </li><li>Experience facilitating CABs and working across cross-functional teams. </li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. </li></ul> <p>Workday Change Management Analyst Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday with call. </li></ul> <p>Workday Change Management Analyst Position Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union.</p> </li></ul>
