<p>Title: Logistics Coordinator</p> <p>Pay Range: $19.25 - $21.25</p> <p>Location: Litchfield, IL</p> <p>Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt</p> <p>Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <p>You're a hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-moving, production-focused environment. You're organized, reliable, and quick to adapt when priorities shift. You take pride in accuracy - whether it's tracking inventory, processing orders, or supporting the flow of product from start to finish. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and know how to keep things moving to meet daily goals and deadlines.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As a Logistics Coordinator at Curaleaf, you'll be the link between our product and inventory teams - ensuring that every order, transfer, and shipment runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting wholesale operations, and keeping our production flow efficient and compliant.</p> <p>A typical day will look like:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting inventory management through material counts, record updates, and accurate reporting </li><li>Partnering with the Inventory Specialist to reconcile data, prepare reports, and track inventory levels across departments </li><li>Managing product movement - including transfers, manifests, stocking, and fulfillment - with precision and attention to detail </li><li>Picking, packaging, counting, and scanning wholesale orders while ensuring labeling and documentation meet compliance standards </li><li>Utilizing BioTrack to maintain real-time, error-free tracking of all product movement </li><li>Maintaining a professional, solutions-focused attitude during busy periods and shifting priorities </li><li>Assisting with cultivation or other operational tasks as needed to support the broader team </li><li>Acting with integrity and consistency while promoting Curaleaf's culture and commitment to quality </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>You have experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management </li><li>You're organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in accuracy across everything you do </li><li>You communicate clearly - whether it's updating a report, coordinating with teammates, or troubleshooting an issue </li><li>You're tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office, and confident with numbers and basic calculations </li><li>You bring a strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment </li><li>You can think critically, solve problems independently, and stay calm under pressure </li><li>You hold a high school diploma or GED (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) </li></ul> <p>Even Better If:</p> <ul> <li>You have prior experience using BioTrack or other inventory/ERP systems </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift) </li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance </li><li>Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time </li><li>Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching </li><li>Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment </li><li>Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary </li></ul> <p>Environmental Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis) </li><li>Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens </li><li>Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol </li><li>Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms </li><li>Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels </li></ul>
