<p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to support industrial warehouse operations across multiple client sites. This role involves high-surface cleaning, general facility maintenance, and preventive upkeep in industrial environments. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working at heights, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.</p> <p>This position works alongside senior crew members with the opportunity to grow into more independent responsibilities over time.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>High-Surface Cleaning</p> <ul> <li>Remove dust and debris from overhead pipes, rafters, and beams (up to 30 feet high) </li><li>Operate scissor lifts and industrial vacuums to complete elevated cleaning tasks </li><li>Follow all fall protection and height safety protocols </li></ul> <p>Facility Maintenance & Repairs</p> <ul> <li>Perform minor drywall patching and painting </li><li>Complete basic handyman repairs and general facility fixes </li><li>Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and grounds </li></ul> <p>Industrial Cleaning & Site Preparation</p> <ul> <li>Perform general warehouse and industrial cleaning </li><li>Move and reposition inventory and materials (lifting up to 50 lbs) </li><li>Cover and protect client inventory and machinery during cleaning operations </li><li>Maintain organized, safe, and compliant work environments </li></ul> <p>Equipment Operation</p> <ul> <li>Operate scissor lifts and other industrial cleaning equipment </li><li>Utilize proper PPE and adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1-2+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, industrial cleaning, or related field preferred </li><li>Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation </li><li>Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive overhead work </li><li>Valid Driver's License required </li><li>Reliable transportation to travel between job sites </li><li>Strong reliability and punctuality </li><li>Ability to follow OSHA safety standards, including use of harnesses, respirators, and PPE </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Risk Factors</p> <ul> <li>Industrial warehouse environments </li><li>Elevated work using scissor lifts </li><li>Exposure to dust and cleaning materials </li><li>Physical labor including lifting, overhead work, and extended standing </li></ul>
