<p>As part of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for the implementation and growth of our customers. Acting as a trusted advisor you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships, success planning and delivering value to your customers - ensuring optimal onboarding & product adoption.</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Helping customers to maximize the ROI from their subscriptions. </li><li>Driving product adoption across the market. </li><li>Working with Customer Success Managers to deliver great customer service. </li><li>Ensuring professionalism and a high activity level within the team. </li><li>Defining strategy in cooperation with your clients. </li><li>Acting as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Trustpilot's internal support, product, engineering and sales teams. </li></ul> <p>Who you are:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge, experience & capabilities </li><li>You have experience and knowledge within ecommerce, online marketing, SEO/Google adwords, and/or software. </li><li>Proven hands-on account management experience - customer facing role, preferably in online marketing, internet or software industries </li><li>You are experienced in building and maintaining strong relations with multiple stakeholders </li><li>A proven track record in managing clients, account retention and growth </li><li>Adept at uncovering new revenue opportunities </li><li>Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner </li><li>A plus if you already have demonstrated experience with subscription-based renewal license models. </li><li>Deep passion and understanding for processes & systems. </li><li>Good communication skills. </li><li>Adept of delivering best customer service in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <ul> <li>A competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 gross per year.
