Must be available to work additional hours as needed.</p> <p>Who May Apply?</p> <p>All persons legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Will demonstrate a commitment to providing continuous quality service, protect and promote the brand, image, and reputation of the City, while striving to exceed the needs and expectations of our citizens and employees.</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical and administrative support to design engineers, project managers, and other technicians. </li><li>Gather information, files, and photos for a wide range of road, utility, storms waters and various facility projects. </li><li>Will assist in updating and maintaining, as necessary, existing hard copy CAD design drawings, layouts, designs, and convert existing hard copy drawings to electronic versions. </li><li>Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities. </li><li>Must also manage workload and ensuring a consistent quality of deliverables </li><li>May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires a High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience </li><li>Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) </li><li>Some experience with AutoCAD, GIS, CMMS, website updates, and/or other technical software preferred </li><li>Must have basic mathematical skills, e.g., averages, percentages </li><li>A valid driver's license is required.
