<p>Empath Health is seeking a Cloud Solutions Administrator to join our team!</p> <p>The primary duties of the Cloud Solutions Administrator include the design, implementation, and upkeep of cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies. This role encompasses the management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, adherence to security and data protection policies, and the administration of user identities and access.</p> <p>Cloud Solutions Administrator:</p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure </li><li>Migrate, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructures </li><li>Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies </li><li>Manage user identities and access using Azure Active Directory </li><li>Implement and manage device management policies using InTune </li><li>Implement and manage data governance policies using Microsoft Purview </li><li>Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions with existing systems </li><li>Keep up to date with the latest developments in cloud technology and make recommendations for improvements </li><li>Support and test production devices, including after-hours support and monitoring server usage and security status </li><li>Help implement hardware upgrades, patches, server upgrades, and new secure configurations </li></ul> <p>Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft technologies </li><li>Managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure </li><li>Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies </li><li>Managing identity and access management using Azure Active Directory </li><li>Implementing and managing device compliance and management policies using InTune </li><li>Implementing and managing data governance policies using Microsoft Purview </li><li>Collaborating across boundaries to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions with existing systems </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field </li><li>4+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Azure Cloud </li><li>Strong foundation in automation, service delivery, and cloud technology </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a focus on automation for repeated tasks </li><li>Attention to detail and understanding of best practices related to customer service </li><li>Background in technical consulting or system architecture is preferred </li><li>Experience with keeping up to date with the latest developments in cloud technology and making recommendations for improvements </li><li>Certifications in Microsoft Azure is a plus </li></ul> <p>Empath Health values diversity as it strengthens our community and care.
