Courses taught may include introduction to business, financial literacy, graphic design, and management. The program has brand new computer labs and operates a school store operation. The teacher will also advise the school's DECA program. Candidates must have a current business teaching license or communications technology and hospitality service teaching licenses and or a relevant industry certification/license, degree, or five years of industry experience related to business, finance, communications, or tourism. Additionally, the work-based learning (WBL) endorsement is preferred, but not required.
