<p>The Transport Driver is responsible for the safe and operation of tractors for loading/unloading poultry onto transport vehicles using specialized equipment, while adhering to animal welfare standards and biosecurity protocols.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate tractors to transport turkeys through live haul tunnel and navigating traffic of tunnel </li><li>Drop and Hook trailers </li><li>Monitor and record weight metrics for loaded or unloaded trailer </li><li>Follow strict biosecurity procedures to prevent spread of disease </li><li>Wash and inspect trailer equipment Maintain adequate fuel levels by refueling equipment daily </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift and handle live poultry for extended periods of time </li><li>Able to operate and maintain loading equipment </li><li>Ability to work outdoors, exposed weather conditions </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Competitive Compensation</p> <p>We believe in rewarding excellence.
