<p>The Technical Product Manager 3 works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the temples.</p> <p>A technical product manager in the Temple Department has a strong desire to create value for customers and has a love for great software products. It is a strategic position accountable for:</p> <ul> <li>Managing the lifecycle of Temple Department software products that support the needs of department and temple leaders, employees, volunteers, local ecclesiastical leaders, and members. </li><li>Collaborating very closely with development and implementation partners to rigorously understand department and end-user customers, and to lead the development, creation, and execution of plans to meet their various needs. </li><li>Solving significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an examination of intangibles, utilizing creativity and exercising judgment. </li><li>Measuring and owning the results and success metrics of software solutions. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; master's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of relevant professional experience </li><li>6+ years industry track record of successful product management </li><li>Solid experience delivering mobile solutions </li><li>Solid experience using and developing generative AI solutions </li></ul> <p>Demonstrated Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Extensive verifiable experience developing business plans and requirements that shape the development and delivery of solutions to customers </li><li>Proven leadership with complex customer research and analysis of diverse cultures and international markets </li><li>Experience managing enterprise-level products/services </li><li>Experience with product management lifecycle tools and agile development principles </li><li>Experience with cross-functional and complex interdepartmental product or project teams </li><li>Superb verbal and written communication skills (language skills besides English are desirable) </li><li>Proven experience preparing and delivering succinct product presentations for all levels of leadership </li></ul>
