<p>Assistant Community Manager</p> <p>The Assistant Manager supports the management of all physical and financial aspects of the community</p> <p>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Communicates effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while promoting a team environment </li><li>Assists in all community operations including monitoring and enforcing all policies and procedures </li><li>Supports the Community Business Manager in the management of all community staff and overall operations </li><li>Investigate and resolve resident complaints concerning the community or their home, other residents or visitors and inspect community units on a regular basis to determine repairs or maintenance as needed </li><li>Assist in utilizing all company software in an accurate and timely manner for any potential resident documentation. </li><li>May be responsible for creating and managing social media content on multiple social media platforms to build an audience and ensure customer engagement </li><li>Coordinate and execute prospect and resident experience strategies </li><li>May be responsible for cleaning, including community units and clubhouse areas </li><li>Communicates effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environment </li><li>Absorbs and complies with laws/policies regarding Federal, State and Municipal Fair Housing Laws, State Tenant Landlord Act, and the Federal and State Safety Regulations </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay </li><li>401-K </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Dental/Vision insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Paid vacation days </li><li>Sick Pay </li><li>Paid time off for community volunteering </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Employee Referral program </li><li>Employee appreciation events </li></ul> <p>What you need for success:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma and one to three years of related experience </li><li>Open availability to work weekends </li><li>Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart </li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals </li><li>Ability to interpret and retain a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and electronic form. </li><li>Current driver's license with minimal violations is required.
