<p>Current Position Openings - FT Dean of Strategic Planning and Accreditation Position Title: FT Dean of Strategic Planning and Accreditation</p> <p>Position Classification: Full-Time Administration</p> <p>Minimum Position Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education - Master's Degree from an accredited institution and at least seven (7) years of relevant work experience; or Doctoral Degree with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience - Minimum five (5) years of experience in higher education administration, institutional research, data analysis, assessment, and strategic planning; Post-secondary teaching experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills - Demonstrated ability to provide accurate, relevant, and timely information to support departmental and institutional strategic planning, assessment, and decision-making; proven ability to design, conduct, and manage research projects that support continuous improvement and institutional effectiveness; proficiency in data analytics and data visualization to clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences; strong technical skills, including the organization and management of large datasets, data extraction, and advanced analysis using statistical software and data reporting platforms; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <p>Oversees the College strategic planning providing leadership to ensure planning, decision making, operational effectiveness, and policy development are systematic, integrated, and mission driven; provide analysis and interpretation of institutional data to support evidence-based decision-making, long-range planning, and continuous improvement; collects, extracts, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple internal and external sources into coherent, accessible, and reliable reports, dashboards, and data repositories; conducts data analysis and produce reports that clearly summarize and integrate findings from multiple data sources for institutional and departmental use; communicate actionable institutional data, including key metrics, research findings, and trends to administrators and College community; lead and coordinate all college-wide accreditation initiatives, ensuring institutional and programmatic compliance; provides oversight and assistance to all departments requiring accreditation; develop and manage comprehensive, college-wide accreditation calendar to ensure all deadlines are met; collaborate on accreditation self-study development, report writing, documentation, and follow up actions; communicate accreditation standards, expectations, and best practices to the College community; oversee state and federal reporting requirements and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory guidelines; provide leadership, guidance, and expertise in assessment and continuous improvement initiatives; develop, maintain, and oversee information systems and records to document assessment processes and outcomes; convene and lead the Assessment Council; coordinate and facilitate assessment training sessions and workshops; oversee institutional surveys ensuring valid instrument design, effective administration, and maximum response rates; manage and maintain the Colleges survey calendar; serve as the College liaison to national, regional, and state organizations related to accreditation, assessment, and institutional research; remain current on national, state, and local trends, regulations, and best practices in accreditation, assessment, and institutional research; develop, manage, and monitor balanced budgets for the accreditation and planning office; supervise staff, assign and prioritize work, establish schedules and approval/ denials of leave, make recommendations for hiring, discipline, termination, and problem resolution, and conduct performance evaluations; other related duties as assigned.</p> <p>Entry Salary: $87,295.64/ annual</p> <p>Standard Work Week: 35 hours</p> <p>Apply End Date: March 8, 2026.</p>
