<p>PRIMARY FUNCTION: Directs/manages overall daily operations of the designated Club with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.</p> <p>KEY ROLES (Job Responsibilities):</p> <p>Human Resources</p> <ul> <li>Timely management of employee's timesheet, missed punch requests and time off requests </li><li>Timely management of performance evaluations and charts of work </li><li>Well developed and measurable charts of work created for direct reports by no later than date assigned. </li><li>On-going and constructive performance feedback provided at least quarterly with direct reports </li><li>Completes formal performance feedback at least twice a year </li><li>Appropriate documentation of performance issues in consultation with supervisors and HR </li><li>Timely and ethical resolution of conflicts </li><li>Objective performance reviews conducted that honestly reflect quality of work </li><li>Assignments and tasks are delegated appropriately </li><li>Innovation encouraged </li><li>Teamwork is expected and rewarded; lack of teamwork is addressed </li><li>Attendance and dependability of employees monitored by quarterly reports provided by HR; issues addressed appropriately. </li><li>Policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures are consistently administered </li><li>Staff meetings are scheduled regularly (at least quarterly) and one-on-one meetings with direct reports conducted at least bi-weekly. </li></ul> <p>Program Development and Implementation</p> <ul> <li>Establish Unit or Branch programs, activities and services that prepare youth for success and that implement the Youth Development Strategy. </li><li>Ensure a healthy and safe environment, ensuring facilities, equipment, and supplies are maintained. </li><li>Oversee the provision of day-to-day program activities in accordance with established standards and goals. </li></ul> <p>Strategic Planning</p> <ul> <li>Plan, develop, implement and evaluate Unit or Branch overall programs, services and activities to ensure they meet stated objectives and member needs and interests. </li><li>Manage all grant reporting and implementation. </li></ul> <p>Resource Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage Unit or Branch financial resources assisting in the development of annual budgets. </li><li>Control expenditures against budget. </li><li>Ensure administrative and operational systems are in place to maintain the operation of the physical properties and equipment of the Club, including use of facilities by outside groups. </li><li>Ensure compliance with organization policies. </li><li>Recruit, manage and provide career development opportunities for branch staff and volunteers. </li><li>Conduct regular staff meetings. </li></ul> <p>Partnership Development</p> <ul> <li>Develop partnerships with parents, community leaders and organizations. </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>As needed, ability to obtain or already possess a CDL Bus License within 90 days of obtaining the position. </li></ul>
