<p>Description</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced technical leader who thrives in a dynamic, problem-solving environment. Unlike purely administrative leadership roles, this role demands direct technical engagement as well. You'll be expected to contribute directly to problem-solving efforts, participate in technical discussions, and maintain a deep understanding of our systems and processes. While you'll be guiding the team's direction, you'll also be working alongside them when challenges arise.
