<p>Housekeeper (Full-Time)</p> <p>Location: Columbia County, NY (Multiple Residential Homes)</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (½ hour unpaid lunch)</p> <p>Pay Rate: $15.50/hour</p> <p>Mileage Reimbursement Available Benefit Eligible Position</p> <p>Make a Difference Every Day</p> <p>Are you someone who takes pride in cleanliness and wants to make a meaningful impact? Join our team and help support people with disabilities by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming residential environments.</p> <p>We are currently hiring two full-time Housekeepers to support approximately 14 residential homes located throughout Columbia County.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Perform daily cleaning duties: bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, laundry rooms, etc. </li><li>Deep clean appliances, windows, walls, and other household areas </li><li>Handle light maintenance (e.g., plunging toilets, changing light bulbs) </li><li>Safely use and manage cleaning supplies and equipment </li><li>Report maintenance and safety concerns to supervisors </li><li>Manage trash, recycling, and laundry as needed </li><li>Ensure homes are secure when entering and exiting </li></ul> <p>You'll begin each workday at an assigned home (varies daily), then travel between homes using your personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided after the first work location each day.</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>A positive attitude and the ability to work independently </li><li>High standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety </li><li>Respect for the privacy and dignity of residents </li><li>At least 6 months of experience in janitorial or cleaning (preferred) </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) </li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and upkeep </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>This is a benefit-eligible position.
