Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects</p> <p>THE WORK:</p> <ul> <li>You'll possess the ability to lead proposal related tasks and assignments under the supervision of Pursuit Managers and Senior Pursuit Coordinators. </li><li>You'll have strong organizational and time management skills required to coordinate multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines (sometimes across time zones). </li><li>You'll create writing templates for all pursuits within defined area of supervision. </li><li>You'll contribute to activities or campaigns leading up to the proposal such as targeted marketing campaigns or public relations campaigns. </li><li>You'll identify improvements in processes and departmental efficiency. </li><li>You'll conduct other duties and tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>HERE'S WHAT YOU'll NEED:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications or related field - or qualified relevant experience in lieu of a formal education </li><li>1-2 years of experience coordinating proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry) </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) </li></ul> <p>BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in proposal-related activities: qualifications, proposals, presentations </li><li>Grasp of technical skills required for database management </li><li>Professional and proactive work ethic </li><li>Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Excellent written, oral and communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated graphic design capabilities </li></ul> <p>Locations</p>
