<p>JobID: 20226355</p> <p>Category: Center</p> <p>JobSchedule:</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-03-30T19:06:36+00:00</p> <p>JobShift: 1st</p> <p>Location Type: Skilled</p> <p>Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity</p> <p>(ASSISTED LIVING)</p> <p>(MEMORY CARE)</p> <p>Salary Range from $22.00 - $28.00 an hour</p> <p>Now Hiring - Staffing Coordinator - Moorestown, NJ</p> <p>Harmony Village at CareOne Stanwick Road</p> <p>The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Per Diem placement of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, other needed staff and to include Allied Health Staffing positions.</p> </li><li> <p>Scheduling temporary staff to meet census demand.</p> </li><li> <p>Gather information concerning employee issues, usage, retention and termination.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to service requests, inquiries and complaints over the phone or in person.</p> </li><li> <p>Print out and update daily staffing schedule.</p> </li><li> <p>Contact and communicate with management, and Department Directors to obtain staffing orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Answer multi phone line system</p> </li><li> <p>Over-sight with on-call staffing, as requested</p> </li><li> <p>Make assessments and decisions on prioritizing staff for available client orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize the communication and the distribution of all orders and travel request.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate issues or client process changes to senior management staff.</p> </li></ol> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li><li>1 year of staffing experience </li><li>Prior healthcare or hospital staffing experience, or significant customer service experience. </li><li>Excellent Communication skills are a must. </li><li>Proficient at data entry. </li></ul>
