To accomplish these tasks the employee must work closely with the staff and administration of Weld RE-1.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Listed below are the essential tasks performed to achieve the purpose of this job. The frequency of each task is listed as follows: (D) daily, (W) weekly, (M) monthly, (Q) quarterly, or (A) annually. Also listed is the percentage of time each task requires on an annual basis. cleanliness, and efficiency in all maintenance and grounds repair projects</p> <p>D</p> <p>15%</p> <p>Check, review, and assign projects that are submitted in the district work order software</p> <p>D</p> <p>10%</p> <p>Clean, maintain and report any issues with district assigned maintenance vehicles</p> <p>W</p> <p>5%</p> <p>Submit purchase requisitions in the district finance software</p> <p>W</p> <p>5%</p> <p>Move equipment, materials and other items as assigned within and between district buildings</p> <p>M</p> <p>5%</p> <p>Coordinate with external vendors on scheduling, pricing, and <p>Experience in grounds and building maintenance preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with computers and software relating to maintenance through the work order process</p> </li><li> <p>React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Appropriately operate all equipment and machinery as necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to participate and work in a team environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to
