Security officers will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of patrons and staff on Studio property. Security officers may be assigned to different posts as needed.</p> <p>Job Type: Fixed Positions - Full Time/Part Time</p> <ul> <li> <p>Fixed Positions/Posts</p> </li><li> <p>Swing/Night Shifts Available</p> </li><li> <p>8-Hour Shifts (Potential for Full Time)</p> </li><li> <p>Weekend shifts available</p> </li><li> <p>Holiday Pay (when applicable)</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience/Preferred Skill Set:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Production Security Related Experience (Preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Security Experience (or related work) Minimum 3 years</p> </li><li> <p>Professional appearance and demeanor</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Regular and punctual attendance to all shifts</p> </li><li> <p>Detail Oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Must be a Top Tier Professional</p> </li><li> <p>Must be level-headed/Calm under pressure</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge of technical applications (Preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to provide exceptional customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Public service-oriented, with effective communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must have discretionary skills</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License (Required)</p> </li></ul> <p>Duties may include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Being alert at the assigned post at all times to ensure personal safety</p> </li><li> <p>Customer service is a top priority - be pleasant and courteous while greeting all staff, production, and visitors</p> </li><li> <p>Know the Studio property - where all entrance/exit points are located, and how to direct people to the different areas on the property/where they may be working</p> </li><li> <p>Check the Identification/badges of each person attempting to get onto the Studio property</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use a radio for communications to the security Command Center and other personnel</p> </li><li> <p>Receive and pass down relevant information from the officer being relieved from their shift to keep all officers aware of pertinent information (communication is key)</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring various activities on and around the assigned post</p> </li><li> <p>Making rounds on the Studio property to ensure the environment is safe</p> </li><li> <p>Being aware of the chain of command system when an emergency takes place, and the steps needed to take to mitigate the problem</p> </li><li> <p>Remain calm and collected in the event of an emergency, and carry out actions based on the Reel Security policies and procedures set in place</p> </li><li> <p>Practicing safety at all times to ensure a safe and healthy work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Standing/sitting at a post for prolonged periods</p> </li><li> <p>Patrol client areas to detect potential unsecured property.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in possible emergencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Officers may be required to lift up to 25 pounds with the direction of a supervisor.</p> </li></ul> <p>Training:</p> <p>We set our team members up for success!
