<p>This role supports the organization's Quality Incident Program and plays an active part in driving issue resolution, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Quality Engineer works cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to investigate quality concerns, maintain controlled documentation, and ensure processes align with internal standards and customer requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the Quality Incident Program, including nonconformances and corrective actions</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with manufacturing, design engineering, and supply chain teams to identify, resolve, and prevent quality issues</p> </li><li> <p>Observe and evaluate production processes to confirm compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with customer audits, documentation requests, and general compliance inquiries</p> </li><li> <p>Create, update, and maintain controlled quality documents such as work instructions and procedures</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline</p> </li><li> <p>2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or continuous improvement roles</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of quality tools including FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis methodologies</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bonus offered</p> </li><li> <p>Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) offering</p> </li><li> <p>Paid time off and holidays (120 hours PTO)</p> </li><li> <p>Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.</p> </li></ul> <p>LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment-and in the placement of top talent.
