<p>Would you like to play a key role ensuring our auto service warranties are processed quickly and efficiently? Servco Toyota Pukoloa is looking for a Senior Clerk to process and reconcile our warranty claims.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately code and process manufacturer's warranty claims </li><li>Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing </li><li>Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy </li><li>Close repair orders </li><li>Prepare, maintain, and organize files </li><li>Assist customers with early bird drop-off, shuttle service, check-in and promise times </li><li>Assist with training lower level clerks </li><li>Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent </li><li>A.S.
