We are dedicated to delivering a value-oriented product in a convenient, welcoming, and casual atmosphere.</p> <p>Summary: The Food Expeditor is responsible for the efficient and timely service between the kitchen and front of house restaurant tables.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Plan and manage the order flow. </li><li>Make sure that all the orders are prepared in time. </li><li>Assist and manage the final preparation of different food and dishes. </li><li>Control and oversee dishes before they leave the kitchen. </li><li>Ensure adherence to all relevant quality and sanitation rules and regulations. </li><li>Provide assistance in cleaning activities. </li><li>Serve as a contact point for the kitchen and the service staff. </li><li>Take care of customers with special needs and requests. </li><li>Execute a variety of different tasks as needed in accordance with managers requests and directions. </li><li>Execute the function of his/her area to exceed set standards and guest satisfaction. </li><li>Ensures all standardized recipes are utilized and followed. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>None.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</p> <p>All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.</p> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <p>High school diploma/GED preferred.</p> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <p>Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission License.</p> <p>Must have a valid driver license.</p> <p>SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to effectively communicate in English. </li><li>The ability to work well under pressure. </li><li>The ability to work well with a team or independently. </li></ul>
