<p>The Opportunity: Stop Selling Boxes. Start Securing the Chain.</p> <p>Are you a Technical Hunter who knows the difference between a temperature deviation and a critical quality failure? SkyCell is not just a container company; we are a high-tech supply chain ecosystem combining hybrid hardware, IoT telemetry, and risk-assessment software. We are currently scaling our US team to capture the High-Consequence markets.</p> <p>We are looking for senior, challenger sales professionals in the referenced geographies who are tired of selling "commodity freight" and are ready to sell Risk Reduction, Scope 3 Sustainability, and Operational Excellence to the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers.</p> <p>Mission: You will own a high-value territory within some of the "Top 50" Pharma/Biotech accounts. Your job is not to respond to RFPs; it is to identify new manufacturing lanes, engage with Quality Assurance (QA) and Supply Chain Strategy leaders, and prove that SkyCell is the only solution capable of protecting their most valuable assets on their most difficult lanes.</p> <p>Why Top Talent Joins SkyCell?</p> <ul> <li>The "Green" Advantage: We are the sustainability leader. We provide the world-class project team (Zurich HQ + US Ops), but you drive the strategy. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Actually Do (The "Hunter" Mandate):</p> <ul> <li>Hunt High-Value Assets: Target and secure new business within the Biologics/CDMO sectors. You will move beyond Procurement to build technical relationships with Quality Directors, Packaging Engineers, and Manufacturing Heads. </li><li>Sell the Ecosystem: You won't just lease a container. You will sell the "SkyCell Way": Hybrid Hardware (Risk elimination), SkyCell Secure (Lane Risk Software), and IoT Telemetry (Real-time intervention). </li><li>Challenge the Status Quo: You will teach customers why their current "Active" solutions are failing (battery risks) or why their "Passive" solutions are costing them millions in excursions. You will utilize data (Lane Risk Assessments) to overturn long-standing incumbent relationships. </li><li>Navigate the Matrix: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving Global Procurement (Price), Quality (Compliance), and Logistics (Operations) to secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs). </li><li>Orchestrate the Validation: Partner with our Technical Directors to guide customers through Operational Qualification (OQ) and Lane Validation studies - turning technical pilots into commercial revenue. </li></ul>
