<p>Job Title: Automation Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>This position assists within the maintenance department to handle the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, mechanical, and teamwork skills.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant pneumatics, hydraulics, electric systems, including connecting to programmable logic control (PLC) systems for troubleshooting or modifying programs. </li><li>Maintain plant support equipment such as air compressors, forklifts, boiler, wastewater treatment system, fire systems, HVAC, pumps, and chillers. </li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures in all plant manufacturing equipment, including mixing, filling, packaging equipment, conveyers, and other equipment. </li><li>Perform minor unscheduled maintenance and repair on trucking equipment such as forklifts or powered industrial vehicles. </li><li>Accurately document work performed or processes used to repair or conduct preventive maintenance. </li><li>Create, execute, and properly document work orders within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (ManagerPlus & MP2 preferably). </li><li>Complete additional scheduling and repair material documentation and reporting as required, and suggest improvements and take on projects to achieve results; </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.</p> <p>Carma offers paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental and vision.
