<p>Primary Function</p> <p>Responsible for installing, operating and maintaining all heating, ventilation and cooling systems in the hospital.</p> <p>Major Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain proper temperatures and ventilation throughout the hospital. Maintain all control systems (electric and pneumatic) for AHU and chillers. </li><li>Assure all medical gases are maintained at proper pressures. Test heating and cooling water and add chemicals as needed. </li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance necessary to maintain all equipment. Repair any equipment that is not operating properly </li><li>Install all new equipment including duct installations and piping medical gases. </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications and Specifications:</p> <p>Vocational/technical training and a minimum of five years job-related experience or equivalent is required.
