Barge Unloading/Transferring, Rail Car/Truck Loading or Blending/Packaging. </li><li>Employ and supervise safety procedures as directed by the Terminal Manager. </li><li>Supervise hourly employees with regard to company policies and procedures. </li><li>Coordinate with the Terminal Manager and other Supervisors with regard to personnel for terminal maintenance, including some barge or railcar maintenance and repair. </li><li>Provide information for the monthly reporting and reconciliation of inventories for the Nashville Terminal. </li><li>Provide direct supervision to all hourly employees in a specific area of Terminal Operation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required </li><li>Strong organizational, leadership and decision making abilities. </li><li>Excellent time management skills, critical problem solving skills. </li><li>Experience in a management role preferred </li><li>Problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative and practical solutions. </li><li>Preferably 2-3 years of experience in production or heavy industry. </li><li>Computer familiarity with programs in Microsoft. </li><li>Requires physical dexterity and strength to move through close areas.
