<p>Job Description</p> <p>Senior Consultant, Life Insurance, North America</p> <p>The applicant should have experience in advising Life Insurance client executives, both business and IT, and experience leading teams for digital transformation, platform modernization programs, product development and internal/external consulting engagements. Applicants should have some of the following experiences in the Life Insurance industry:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Life Insurance experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Business Products - Life Insurance and Annuities</p> </li><li> <p>Functional Areas - Distribution, Marketing, New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing/Policy Administration, Claims, Regulatory Compliance, Producer Lifecycle - Contracting/Licensing, Compensation and Sales Reporting, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in latest trends in Insurance space like adoption of AI, data-driven underwriting, digitization of customer journey, operations optimization, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Digital transformation, modernization, or platform implementation programs across the Life value chain.</p> </li><li> <p>Business operations in problem identification, analysis, and recommendation - analysis of current state, root cause analysis, developing insights, identifying solutions, and designing future state.</p> </li><li> <p>Life Insurance platforms like ALIP, Oracle Policy Admin for L&A, Majesco, Fineos, etc.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. </li><li>MBA or equivalent advanced degree, Industry-related certification preferred. </li><li>3 to 10 years of relevant work experience with a Life insurer or comparable consulting services. </li><li>Strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate with other team members. </li><li>Multitask, engage with stakeholders, plan effectively, and consistently achieve operational goals. </li><li>Excellent relationship-building abilities. </li><li>Ability to collaborate with resources in global delivery model. </li><li>Experience in Agile and/or hybrid methodologies. </li></ul> <p>Additional Consulting Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Client Relationship and Development: Regularly interacts with clients, including clients at senior levels. Delivers credible presentations for client work; leads discussions with clients at peer or team lead level.
