This role ensures timely, high-quality deliverables, leverages technology to streamline processes, and strengthens client relationships through data-driven insights and proactive support.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end service delivery and client satisfaction. </li><li>Develop account plans and stakeholder maps to deepen partnerships. </li><li>Provide training and support for Circana platforms and services. </li><li>Maintain proficiency in Circana platforms (Unify, Liquid Data, OmniMarket). </li><li>Develop and enhance custom client databases and models. </li><li>Leverage technology and AI to automate and streamline operations. </li><li>Manage projects across cross-functional teams. </li><li>Identify and resolve data quality issues with clear communication. </li><li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in operations, Technology, CPG, Retail, Market Research, or related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in client service operations or retail analytics. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and project management skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Experience with data platforms and technology solutions preferred. </li></ul> <p>Circana Behaviors</p> <p>As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
