<p>Opportunity: Task Force Chief Engineer</p> <p>This opportunity provides a talented leader the chance to showcase their experience throughout the HHM Hotels portfolio as a Task Force Chief Engineer. The Task Force leader will lead and manage maintenance teams on property and provide short-term and long-term coverage as needed. This individual is expected to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to different projects in full service, luxury, select service, extended-stay, and boutique properties across a variety of industry leading branded and independent hotels. This position requires flexibility for extensive travel throughout HHM Hotels' portfolio.</p> <p>Your Growth Path</p> <p>Area Chief Engineer - Regional Director of Engineering</p> <p>Your Focus</p> <ul> <li>Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values. </li><li>Conduct room inspections, and identify repair needs. </li><li>Manage and coordinate bids, quotes and contracts for 3rdparty vendors. </li><li>Oversee small projects, or PIPS, and manage and report on the work progress. </li><li>Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings. </li><li>Paint designated areas and items. </li><li>Install and replace basic electrical fixtures.
