This opportunity delivers care in Anderson, IN and in Indianapolis, IN at Community Hospital Anderson and Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.</p> <p>Highlights</p> <p>Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital Heart and Vascular Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule:</p> </li><li> <p>Tuesdays off</p> </li><li> <p>Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in Anderson</p> </li><li> <p>Friday at CHVH - hospital rounding.</p> </li><li> <p>1 in 13 weeks night call (Friday night 9p-7a, Sunday night-Thursday night 9p-7a)</p> </li><li> <p>1 in 14 weekends (Saturday/Sunday)</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive compensation and benefits package</p> </li><li> <p>Epic EMR</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>5 Years Advanced Practice Provider experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Headquartered in Indianapolis, Community Health Network has been deeply committed to the communities it serves since opening its first hospital, Community Hospital East, in 1956.
