We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our growing technology team and play a key role in shaping how we support our people, systems, and operations across a wide geographic footprint.</p> <p>In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our systems running smoothly - from servers and networks to cloud platforms and mobile devices. You'll collaborate closely with the IT Director and other team members to design and implement innovative solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and continually improve our technical environment. If you're passionate about technology, thrive on solving complex challenges, and want to be part of a forward-thinking organization - we'd love to meet you!</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and monitor all IT operations, ensuring reliability and performance across systems and devices. </li><li>Oversee our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange, Entra, and virtual machines. </li><li>Maintain and support PC, server, and network infrastructure. </li><li>Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to team members company-wide. </li><li>Support telecom systems, hardware, and software requests. </li><li>Handle user setup, access control, and account management. </li><li>Respond to system outages and implement long-term solutions. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve company efficiency. </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree or higher in CS, Information Technology or related field required. </li><li>Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent Hyper-V/Windows Server certification preferred. </li><li>5+ years managing Wintel-based server-class hardware. </li><li>8+ years working with Wintel clients and Microsoft Office applications. </li><li>Experience with M365, Azure Cloud Services, Intune MDM, DNS, and Hosted Phone Systems. </li><li>Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot a plus. </li><li>Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. </li><li>A collaborative, service-oriented mindset. </li><li>Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, and kneeling as required. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation package </li><li>Full Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>401(k) matching </li><li>Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization </li><li>Team-oriented culture </li></ul>
