Maintains data acquired from above-listed tests.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma </li><li>BLS certification required </li><li>EEG Board registration </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Certified in Video Monitoring preferred </li><li>Knowledge of neurodiagnostic tests preferred </li></ul> <p>Scheduling Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Days </li><li>PD </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>The EEG Technician is responsible for performing EEG tests when requested by a physician. </li><li>As part of the testing process, an EEG Technician will gather a patient's medical history, explain testing procedures, and prepare the patient for the procedure. </li><li>During testing, the EEG Technician monitors the patient's status and notes any abnormalities. </li><li>After testing is complete, the EEG Technician reports their findings to the patient's doctor for further analysis. </li></ul> <p>RWJBarnabas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
