Evaluates efficient sequence of operations and work flow and recommends improvements to operational processes to maximize utilization of facilities and personnel. Implements Labor Management across operations. Performs site audits, reporting, and project management. Work with operations team on projects that will increase efficiency and general warehouse operations</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Implements Labor Management (LM) and engineered labor standards in Consumer sites. </li><li>Conducts time studies and methods analyses to provide LMS maintenance support related to engineered standards. </li><li>Train site management, supervisors, and super-users on usage of LMS. Demonstrates methods to utilize LMS to optimize operating potential. </li><li>Perform site audits to ensure compliance with system requirements and evaluate opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Works with operations teams to identify improvements in productivity, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identifies potential projects, assesses feasibility, and participates in implementing solutions. </li><li>Creates, maintains, and distributes weekly and monthly project documentation. </li><li>Facilitates monthly project reviews. </li><li>Work on databases, information technology, spreadsheets, and related information </li><li>Travel 50%-75% throughout the year depending on projects. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent education required </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred </li><li>One to three (0-2) years of experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or transportation required </li><li>One (1) year of time study, industrial engineering, operational analysis, or relevant experience desired </li></ul> <p>Our Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
