<p>Job Overview</p> <p>We are looking for an execution focused, detail oriented and creative Talent Development professional who is seeking an opportunity to make a companywide impact. Working for the Head of Talent Development, this role will play a vital role in the successful execution of our talent development strategy. This person will be involved in various initiatives that will impact our entire company such as assisting in the creation and execution of learning and development initiatives, executing components of the firm's employee engagement strategy and executing other various talent development projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Talent Development or Human Resources, where they can make a large impact.</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>You have a passion for training and creating learning programs that move forward strategic objectives </li><li>You are creative and take pride in whatever work product you are sharing with stakeholders </li><li>You are comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment </li><li>You have a strong ability and desire to multitask and move projects forward </li><li>You strive for accuracy and excellence in everything that you do </li><li>You describe yourself as a continuous learner with a growth mindset </li><li>You enjoy a collaborative working environment and are a strong communicator </li><li>You are highly organized and detail-oriented </li><li>You can think critically through problems and are solution oriented </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Learning & Development:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Head of Talent Development to build, enhance and facilitate talent development trainings and programs that align with our Talent Development strategy to drive strategic impact. </li><li>Support the delivery and continuous improvement of core talent development training programs such as our new people leader assimilation. </li><li>Partner with HRBPs to better understand training needs and work closely with the Head of Talent Development to design learning solutions that meet those needs. </li><li>Cerate engaging learning content using various formats (hybrid, in-person and virtual). </li><li>Continuously iterate and enhance Talent Development materials to keep them relevant, fresh and effective. </li><li>Develop materials to enhance, promote and communicate talent development initiatives, such as handouts, electronic resources, memos, newsletters and related emails. </li><li>Drive forward our annual performance management and career development processes by creating and facilitating training and impactful resources to help leaders through these processes, taking into consideration the effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>Engagement & Culture:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Head of Talent Development and other key stakeholders on key engagement initiatives that align with our mission, values and strategic focus areas. </li><li>Design, lead and ensure the successful execution of various opportunities for in-office employee engagement activities. </li><li>Facilitate and execute the firm's annual employee engagement survey, including presenting the results to various stakeholders, developing training to support HRBPs, doing analysis on results and proposing recommendations for action planning. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Critical thinking skills </li><li>5+ years professional work experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, and/or Talent Management </li><li>Comfort and passion for public speaking and presenting </li><li>Experience designing and delivering training programs required </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Ability to create high quality materials </li><li>Creative and critical thinking and problem solving </li><li>Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data </li><li>Proficient ability to use Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </li></ul> <p>Arrowstreet Capital is a Boston-based systematic investment firm that manages global equity portfolios for institutional investors around the world.</p> <p>Arrowstreet Capital is an equal opportunity employment firm.
