<p>Div. 27 Nashville, TN</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Responsibilities for Sales Representative is to promote, estimate and sell fire protection sprinkler systems, repairs and upgrades to existing and new clients.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Fire Protection contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies. </li><li>Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings. </li><li>Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives. </li><li>Develop a positive ongoing relationship with existing and new customers, general contractors and end users. </li><li>Estimate small projects including fixed price service as required in addition to large projects ranging from $100k-$1MM+. </li><li>Manage projects as needed (i.e. change orders, field issues) and attend job walks and construction meetings as needed. </li><li>Ability to build new business associations / relationships and grow the Fire Protection Business </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <p>Bachelor's degree and 5+ years Fire Sprinkler Estimating/Sales or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards and local codes.</p> <p>Computer Skills</p> <p>Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</p>
