The analyst will produce reports on the current inventory status, investigate and resolve inventory control issues, and work with all users of the inventory to promote inventory integrity, high levels of accuracy, and maintain compliance. They also validate, investigate, and support root cause analysis on Order Adjustment Request and Temporarily Out of Stock quality occurrences.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain inventory integrity by timely resolution of cycle counts and necessary adjustments. Resolution must be completed within the established targets </li><li>TOS (Temporarily Out of Stock): Research TOS occurrences, determine root cause, maintain and adjust TOS avoidance strategy based on trend analysis to ensure TOS KPI meets or exceeds </li><li>OAR (Order Adjustment Request): Create and resolve necessary cycle counts related to dealer and vendor OAR claims. Provide results in a timely manner using established reporting so claims can be approved or denied. Ensure all OAR feedback reports are completed and archived </li><li>Complete and maintain all inventory-related documentation in accordance with PFP and record retention guidelines </li><li>Support AHM and external audits for cycle count/inventory management requirements </li><li>Identify deficiencies in procedures and processes that create inventory discrepancies.
