The Supervisor builds, improves and works to deliver a professional, safe and secure environment for the hospital including its colleagues, clinicians, customers and visitors.</p> <p>This Supervisor assists the Director or Manager of Public Safety with the performance of daily operational activities ensuring a customer oriented focus and compliance with department policies and procedures. The Supervisor coaches and mentors current and new colleagues to achieve daily performance expectations, personal and annual department goals.
