The QARA Transformation & Delivery team plays a critical role in ensuring our enterprise-wide initiatives are executed effectively and deliver sustainable impact.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>As a Project Manager, you will lead QARA-led projects and support enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating QARA's compliance deliverables. You will ensure the right QARA stakeholders are engaged and that regulatory requirements are integrated into project execution.</p> <p>This is a QARA Transformation & Delivery role, focused on ensuring QARA deliverables and regulatory compliance are embedded in all QARA-led and enterprise projects.</p> <p>This role will start remote and will be then stationed in an upcoming site near Greenwood, Indiana, USA by May 1, 2026. This role will require international travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead assigned QARA-led projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate QARA's contribution to enterprise projects, ensuring compliance-critical deliverables are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Define project scope, objectives, and business case in alignment with QARA and enterprise strategic priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and compliance requirements, escalating as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage QARA SMEs and functional experts at the right time to meet project milestones.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with change management leads to drive QARA stakeholder readiness and adoption.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure effective transition of QARA deliverables into BAU operations, including documentation and stakeholder engagement.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>3-5 years' project management experience in regulated industries.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to deliver projects independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, planning, and risk management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications and Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>PMP or equivalent project management certification.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or other highly regulated sectors.</p> </li></ul> <p>Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
