Talley Athletic Center and report to the Office of Academic Support for Athletics. They are responsible for monitoring the facility, supervising students and tutors, and enforcing rules.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Specific Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all student-athletes and tutors in study hall and maintain a quiet study environment </li><li>Maintain accurate attendance records in the computer tracking system </li><li>Monitor all tutor sessions taking place in the center </li><li>Enforce study hall rules and follow proper protocol to report incidents </li><li>Communicate regularly with the Academic Support for Athletics staff </li><li>Implement necessary fire, safety, and evacuation protocol </li><li>Secure building and facility space upon opening and closing hours </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds </li><li>Ability to use creative problem solving skills </li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills </li><li>Preferred willingness to learn basic NCAA rules </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>The Mandatory Study Hall Program provides a quiet area for varsity student-athletes to study or meet with tutors.
