<p>Test Automation Architect</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in languages Java / C# </li><li>Automation Framework Development: Expertise in designing scalable playwright automation frameworks </li><li>CI/CD & DevOps: Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps </li><li>Tools integration: Integrate the Playwright automation framework with ADO for traceability and pipeline for execution </li><li>Reusable Component Development: Creating modular, reusable automation assets to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency. </li><li>API: Experience with RESTful APIs and API testing tools like Postman </li><li>Cloud & Infrastructure Automation: Familiarity with Azure </li><li>Test Automation & Quality Engineering: Ability to implement automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, end to end automation </li><li>Enterprise Automation Strategy: Ability to define automation roadmaps aligned with business goals. </li><li>Scalability & Performance Optimization: Designing frameworks that support high scalability and efficiency. </li><li>Security & Compliance: Implementing secure automation practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection, using ADO secrets </li><li>Good to have: Experience in Ranorex </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Automation:</p> <ul> <li>Test Automation Framework Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools. </li><li>Automated Testing: Implementing and executing automated tests to ensure software quality. </li></ul> <p>Mentoring and Guidance:</p> <ul> <li>Providing technical guidance and mentoring to SDETs and Test Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Management & Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all test automation activities, maintaining clear and consistent communication with business SMEs, scrum masters, development teams, and senior leadership. </li><li>Provide regular status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. </li><li>Facilitate effective collaboration and ensure alignment among all stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Quality Assurance & Risk Management:</p> <ul> <li>Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. </li><li>Identify and proactively address potential risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans. </li></ul> <p>Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitating clear and effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-NR3</p>
