As a Network, ATCs are positioned to unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.</p> <p>The value for our clients and our people: For our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.</p> <p>For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world's most complex client challenges.</p> <p>The work:</p> <ul> <li>Own the design, configuration, and delivery for key S/4HANA Controlling areas including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (plan and actual), Material Ledger, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Overhead Accounting. </li><li>Translate complex business requirements into detailed solution designs and functional specifications that leverage S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocation, Fiori front end. </li><li>Facilitate design workshops and engage directly with client SMEs and business leads to finalize detailed design decisions </li><li>Configure controlling structures and cost flows across Finance, Manufacturing, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure end-to-end process integrity. </li><li>Own and manage unit testing and support integration and UAT cycles by resolving functional defects, validating cost flows, and ensuring reporting accuracy. </li><li>Prepare and validate data loads for master data and transactional data related to controlling objects (cost center plans, activity types, etc.). </li><li>Provide inputs to training materials and test scenarios to owned solution areas. </li><li>Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, pro-actively escalating risks, dependencies or blockers to the overall R2R Lead as needed. </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified applicants in Houston, TX.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of five years of hands-on SAP experience in Controlling and Product Costing, including at least One full cycle S/4HANA implementation in a functional/configuration role. </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of standard and actual costing, material ledger, cost object controlling, Account based CO-PA (Margin analysis) and overhead cost accounting with experience using Fiori apps as the front end </li><li>Strong configuration skills across these areas. </li><li>Proven ability to independently own and delver solution components while collaborating closely with the broader Record to Report and cross functional teams. </li><li>Strong documentation, testing, and communication skills; comfortable working in a client-facing role under time constraints. </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
