<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Panel Manager is responsible for care management for ambulatory patients. </li><li>They work to manage the patients preventive care needs, flag those at risk, improve quality of care and help bridge the gap between clinician and patient. </li><li>The Panel Manager may also engage in traditional staff nurse work within the ambulatory setting. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Registered Nurse - holds a current license to practice in the state of North Carolina </li><li>BSN Preferred- or higher. </li><li>American Heart Association BLS Certified </li><li>Ambulatory experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <ul> <li>Panel Manager hourly range: $33.08 - $48.22 </li><li>Final compensation will be determined at the offer stage </li></ul> <p>Other Information</p> <ul> <li>Location/Department: ECU Health Internal Medicine Clinic - Kinston, NC </li><li>This position is full-time (40hrs/week) - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm </li><li>No nights, weekends or call </li><li>#LI-EH1 </li></ul> <p>ECU Health</p> <p>About ECU Health Physicians</p> <p>ECU Health Physicians is multi-specialty group with over 600 providers in more than 140 primary and specialty clinics across more than 110 locations in eastern North Carolina.</p> <p>Share:</p>
