<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Martin School of Public Policy and Administration is seeking a Marketing & Communications Assistant for the academic year of 2026-27 to serve the Martin School community.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Content Creation: Develop compelling written and visual content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, flyers, digital displays, and web using Canva and Adobe. </li><li>Graphic Design: Create graphics, infographics, and promotional materials to complement marketing efforts that adhere to UK brand standards. </li><li>Event Recaps: Write stories, cover events, take photos and videos. </li><li>Maintenance: Distribute and remove flyers. Post and delete social media and digital displays. </li></ul> <p>Candidates must complete an online application and submit the following documents when prompted:</p> <ul> <li>Cover Letter </li><li>Resume </li><li>Writing Sample </li><li>Sample of Graphic Design Work (Specific Request 1) </li><li>Sample of Photography work (Specific Request 2) </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate will be able to work from August 3, 2026 to May 10, 2026. The position will remain open until filled.</p> <p>Skills / Knowledge / Abilities</p> <p>An understanding of design principles and at least a year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Functional knowledge of photography. Strong writing skills.</p> <p>Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
