This position will offer: Regional Synergy & Collaboration; Global Exposure & Cross-Functional Experience; Career Grow & Development.</p> <p>Your main tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) deployment within assigned functions (e.g. Sales, Product Management, Procurement) </li><li>Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping sessions, and gap analyses across various business functions </li><li>Deliver Continuous Improvement training (onsite and remotely), including tools and problem-solving methodologies </li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional projects, and implement best practices </li><li>Collaborate closely with TEOA team members across regions to ensure alignment and success </li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to support transformation at both site and functional levels </li><li>Provide structured CI training to functional teams to build internal capability and sustainability </li><li>Support manufacturing environments by participating in plant visits and training initiatives (travel up to once per month) </li></ul> <p>What your background should look like:</p> <p>Your ideal background:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 4 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement experience </li><li>Proven success leading cross-functional CI projects (not limited to business processes) </li><li>Proven Kaizen facilitator mandatory achieving breakthrough process improvements and strategic goals within business processes. </li><li>Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience </li><li>Background in business process improvement (e.g., supply chain, sales, customer service, procurement) </li><li>Experience delivering training sessions on CI tools and methodologies (onsite and remote) </li><li>Experience working across multiple countries and cultures </li><li>Strong self-organization and accountability-100% remote work capability </li><li>Fluent in English </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <p>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</p> <p>ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY</p> <p>TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
