This flair for conceptual thought allows you to listen to your clients and colleagues' diverse (and perhaps disparate) ideas, and identify themes and throughlines.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <p>You work with Accenture sales teams to help them shape compelling, client-specific messaging and visual concepts to support their sales proposals.</p> <p>This involves end to end client and customer experience such as:</p> <ul> <li>Leading and facilitating design thinking sessions with sales teams </li><li>Capturing outputs from these sessions for leadership review </li><li>Developing creative proposal concepts, messaging, and RFx toolkits </li><li>Participating in stage-0 conversations with sales teams to support origination efforts </li><li>Developing innovative ways of selling to help differentiate Accenture at orals </li><li>Training others globally in ID8 methodology </li><li>Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, techniques, and deliverables </li><li>Designing and advising the client sales experience end to end, in collaboration with IGD (Interactive Graphic Design), Orals and deal teams </li><li>Communicating effectively ideas, facts, concepts, stories, messages, etc. from one person or group to another </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum of 8 years in sales support, sales innovation, and/or Marketing</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> <p>Professional services experience (BPO, Consulting)</p> <p>Experience with MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</p> <p>Experience with collaboration tools (Mural, Menti)</p> <p>Experience with Win themes and storytelling as it relates to the sales process</p> <p>Professional Skills</p> <p>Ability to work at all levels of an organization</p> <p>Strong presentation and persuasion skills</p> <p>Experience with international teams</p> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
