<p>Client Services Manager</p> <p>Department: Client Services</p> <p>Employment Type: Full Time</p> <p>Location: Overland Park, KA</p> <p>Description</p> <p>The Client Services Manager supports the execution of client programs, sales initiatives, and internal operations by assisting with project coordination, reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role works closely with leadership to ensure deliverables are completed on time, data is accurate, and communication flows effectively across teams.</p> <p>This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting cross-functional initiatives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the coordination and execution of day-to-day project activities and client initiatives. </li><li>Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution across client activities. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including retail marketing, customer development, and agency partners to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks </li><li>Support the execution of promotional programs and sales initiatives. </li><li>Prepare and update recurring reports, including KPI dashboards, sales summaries, and performance trackers </li><li>Assist in gathering and organizing data for leadership reporting and client presentations </li><li>Maintain and update SOPs, workflows, and training documentation </li><li>Prepare KPI dashboards and support leadership in meeting preparation and follow-ups. </li><li>Help ensure clear communication of project updates, deliverables, and deadlines to internal stakeholders & partners </li><li>Support budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting activities. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, field teams) to support campaign execution and materials distribution </li><li>Ability to travel as needed to attend client presentations and meetings, train field team members, and participate in market visits. </li><li>Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership as needed </li><li>Support meeting preparation, including agenda creation, materials, and follow-up notes </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in a support, coordination, or administrative role (project coordination or sales support preferred). </li><li>Ability in finding creative and innovative solutions to solve issues and day-to-day challenges. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace </li><li>Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take direction </li><li>Ability to stay organized, responsive, and composed while managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Quality control-the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality. </li><li>Comfortable working with web-based platforms and systems </li><li>Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines consistently </li><li>Consistently maintains a high level of professionalism in communication and interactions across teams and clients </li><li>Safety and security-the individual actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly. </li><li>Must be comfortable around animals. </li><li>Ability to travel in the field as needed with occasional overnight travel. </li><li>Location: Overland Park, KS. Hybrid position with 2+ days in office. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager. </li><li>Experience supporting sales teams, client services, or marketing initiatives </li><li>Familiarity with reporting tools or CRM/project management platforms (e.g., C4C, SharePoint, DOMO, or similar) </li><li>Experience maintaining documentation or creating reports </li></ul>
