<p>Resource Innovations is seeking a Lead Engineer to support and grow an energy efficiency program that delivers highly technical, whole-building solutions across both multifamily and commercial/industrial systems. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Technical Leadership & Project Delivery </li><li>Lead and support the delivery of multifamily and C&I energy efficiency projects, including: </li><li>Custom projects </li><li>Energy Management </li><li>Prescriptive </li><li>Perform deep technical analysis across building systems, including HVAC, BAS/controls, lighting, and other complex systems </li><li>Develop and review custom energy calculations, engineering models, and savings methodologies </li><li>Engineering & Analysis </li><li>Conduct energy audits and system assessments across multifamily and commercial facilities </li><li>Develop project scopes and perform: </li><li>BIN/hourly analysis </li><li>Economic and lifecycle cost analysis </li><li>Lead or support measurement & verification (M&V) activities, including: </li><li>Site inspections </li><li>Trend data analysis </li><li>Functional performance testing </li><li>Field verification </li><li>Client & Program Interface </li><li>Serve as a technical lead and liaison with utilities, program administrators, trade allies, and customers </li><li>Provide guidance on: </li><li>Measure eligibility </li><li>Savings methodologies </li><li>Program strategy and optimization </li><li>Identify program and process gaps and recommend practical, scalable solutions </li><li>Team Leadership (as applicable) </li><li>Mentor and support junior engineers and technical reviewers </li><li>Provide technical QA/QC oversight to ensure consistency and quality across projects </li><li>Support training, onboarding, and development of engineering staff </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
