Include people. </li></ul> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The City of Neenah Parks Department is seeking a Parks Technician.  The ideal individual will have prior experience in athletic field, grounds and general building maintenance including janitorial, basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and mechanical abilities in addition to troubleshooting/problem solving skills.  Horticultural, Arborist, or Natural Resources experience is preferred.</p> <p>Responsibilities </p> <ul> <li>Athletic field and total grounds maintenance inclusive of field layout, turf care, trimming, pick-up, minor structure repair and construction, operating various machinery / power tools such as saws, line trimmers, lawn mowers, tractor/loaders, etc.   </li><li>Performs other landscaping duties in parks and other City property, including planting, maintaining, and/or renovating flower and shrub beds; applies fertilizer, herbicides and insecticides as needed. </li><li>Performs a wide variety of custodial tasks in public buildings and facilities including cleaning floors, windows, walls, ceilings, light fixtures, ducts, sinks, lavatories, urinals and removing trash. </li><li>Locate the Job Description for further detail at: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/neenahwi/classspecs  </li></ul> <p> Requirements</p> <ul> <li></li><li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.
